Introduced in 2016, the journal has published six volumes, covering finance, marketing, organizational behavior, human resource management, and other dynamics. The journal invites research papers, research notes, case studies, reflective notes, field survey to promote original research and capture fruitful collaboration between the academic and industrial research partners.
This management journal is tailored to the researchers, scholars, management practitioners, and students. The journal concentrates on both empirical and theoretical papers that strengthen our understanding of management science.
About Nepal College of Management
Nepal College of Management was founded in 1999 with the sole purpose of providing high quality management education. With the aim of providing quality education, we provide research based knowledge, inculcate corporate culture, equip skills required in competitive world and develop them holistically.
It is a non-profit organization that allows the students to excavate their academic horizon by providing cutting- edge education, developing academic and professional goals, and offering a variety of scholarship opportunities. NCM believes that education should be imparted with a social conviction and not as a process of obtaining vested motive in violation of academic and social responsibility.
The college is located in Dhobighat, Lalitptur. It runs two programs: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM). It has been “striving for excellence” by making efforts in meeting the educational standards and expectations in response to the modern needs and expectations.
