Introduction
A double-blinded peer-reviewed open access journal, which focuses on research from multidisciplinary areas, is published annually by Nepal College of Management.
Introduced in 2016, the journal has published six volumes, covering finance, marketing, organizational behavior, human resource management, and other dynamics. The journal invites research papers, research notes, case studies, reflective notes, field survey to promote original research and capture fruitful collaboration between the academic and industrial research partners.
This management journal is tailored to the researchers, scholars, management practitioners, and students. The journal concentrates on both empirical and theoretical papers that strengthen our understanding of management science.

Support for APCs
The Nepal College of Management (NCM), a non-profit organization, has established transformative (read-and-publish) agreements in collaboration with the research management cell. Through these agreements, corresponding authors have the opportunity to waive Article Processing Charges (APCs) in order to provide open access to their articles. The funding for the publication and processing charges of the journal will be covered by the Nepal College of Management.
